Because every piece is handmade, we cannot guarantee changes once production has started. Your requested update is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from our team.
Every item is made by hand with love, care, and attention to detail. Most pieces take between 3 and 7 business days to create, depending on the product.
During busy seasons, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Christmas, production may take up to 5 additional business days.

Delivery time begins after your order has been handmade and shipped. Estimated delivery times are:

As soon as your order is finished and ready to ship, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a photo of your completed piece.
You can use the tracking number to follow your package on the official USPS website. Please allow a little time for the tracking information to become active after receiving the email.
First, please check your tracking information for the latest delivery update. Postal delays can occasionally happen because of an address issue, severe weather, roadwork, limited access to the delivery location, or an unexpected increase in postal-service demand.
If the expected delivery time has passed and your package still hasn’t arrived, please email us at support@universeofhandcrafts.com with your order number. We’ll do everything we can to help you locate your package.
We hope you love your handmade piece. However, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
Before sending anything back, please contact us at support@universeofhandcrafts.com. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions. Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Because personalized and custom-made items are created especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made a mistake with your order.
Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for return.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if something is damaged, incorrect, or not as expected. We’ll be happy to review the situation and make it right.
Yes. Your order is covered by our shop warranty for 60 days.
If you discover a workmanship issue during this period, please contact us at support@universeofhandcrafts.com. Depending on the issue, your item may be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
