As soon as your order is ready for shipment, we will send you an email with a track number and a photo of the finished product. You can track your parcel using this number at the official USPS website.

The most common reasons why the package cannot be delivered to the recipient:

▪️Natural disasters, including downed trees, power lines, broken pipes, etc.

▪️Construction issues, including renovations that limit access to your front door or mailbox.

▪️Unexpected Demand Surges at Postal Service

▪️Other problems that can be difficult to foresee, all of which limit the ability of USPS mail carriers to bring your package home and drop it off for you.

We will do our best to assist you before the order is sent. Any corrections made to the order by a customer after purchase is not guaranteed to be made unless a confirmation of receipt is sent.

Returns & Repairs

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn and undamaged item to our shop within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Personalized items are NOT ELIGIBLE for return or exchange unless there is a defect or a mistake on our part.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from our shop. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages so we highly recommend insured or priority mail. Please carefully pack and ship the item to:

Yes, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to our shop. We cannot be held responsible for any lost packages and therefore suggest to ship with insured or priority mail.

Yes, orders less than 60 days old are under shop warranty and may be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer.

Leather Care

Give your leather some TLC! Once a week, gently wipe off dust and spots using a soft cloth or brush. It’ll help keep your piece looking fresh and beautiful.

Leather and rain don’t mix well. If the weather looks gloomy, grab an umbrella. If your accessory gets wet, just let it air dry naturally – no heat, no stress.

Avoid leaving your leather item in direct sunlight for long periods, as it can fade. Planning to store it for the season? Tuck it into a dust bag and keep it in a cool, dry place.

Production Time

Every item in our shop is made with love and care — completely by hand. Because of that, we need a little time to bring your order to life. Most pieces take between 3 to 7 business days to make, depending on the product.

Nope — we don’t include receipts or pricing in the package by default, since many of our items are gifts.
